Implementation notes

This section gives an overview of features of CathLibCPP which are not directly related to the interface that the standard C++ library presents to its clients:

The mechanism used to reduce template code bloat, which is (in principle) an invisible implementation detail.
The runtime type identification mechanism used to emulate a core standard language feature.
The exception handling mechanism used to emulate another core standard language feature.
The library's interface to it's runtime enviroment.
