Conditions of use

Most of the CathLibCPP source code and documentation is written by and copyright © Miles Sabin 1997. This distribution also includes source code and utilities by other people or organisations as detailed below. Corrections and additions to the library are copyright their respective authors, and are subject to the same distribution and usage conditions as the rest of the library.

The CathLibCPP source code and documentation may be used, modified, distributed and sold for any purpose without fee. However, permission must be obtained from the authors of Drlink and _C++ before they can be used in connection with any profit-making activity.

Object code (including executables and other libraries) produced using all or part of CathLibCPP may be used and distributed without restriction, providing that the following copyright message appears in all copies:

_C++

The _C++ utility from the freeware Makatic tools is included to correct a bug in CFront. It is copyright © Julian Smith 1998, and may not be used in connection with any profit-making activities without his prior permission.

MaskThrow

The MaskThrow module from the Dreamscape C++ class library is included to suppress some annoying compiler warnings. It is copyright © Mark Seaborn 1996, and may be used freely. If distributed further then either the author must be credited or the ReadMe file included, and any alterations must be clearly indicated.
